I have a strong love for the sport of volleyball. It's an intense game of intuition, imagination, and improvisation. There is always something to learn even when you think you've mastered it all, and the possibilities are endless. My goal is to uncover the set personal goals of each individual athlete and then combine that with the training that I feel is necessary to get each athlete to their personal best both mentally and physically. To be stronger, faster, and better takes training and practice; but to be your personal best at all times takes self discipline, motivation, and personal goals. I strive to shape these players into better well rounded athletes by building their strength and athleticism, increasing their volleyball IQ, and keeping their love for the sport alive.
